Hey all!
This week the Lovely Linda over at Studio L3 challenged us to use Lord Tim of Holtz technique called Ink Color Blocking.
As my physician announced me some bad news concerning my recovery, my brain toke over and my scrap could only go in the same direction. So going through my stash looking for some embellishements, this Graphic 45 sticker seemed exactly what i needed.
After coloring some Lord Tim's kraft resist with the said technique, i applied a layer of multi medium glossy, dried it with a heat it and embossed it. With my finger i added some gold dabber on the embossed circles.
I ran some grungepaper through my Bond, VagaBond, on the weathered clock die, inked it with perfect pearl mist twilight purple, crushed olive DI and embossed it with bronze embossing powder leaving some spots non-embossed. The button and butterfly are also from Graphic 45.
Thanks for all your nice words on my Grungy Monday 06 tag! Hope you all like this one as well. I must say it has a special meaning to me... Oh well, off to make another one ;)
This is so pretty! Hope your road to recovery will not have too many speed bumps!

RépondreSupprimerAbsolutely love this, the texture, the colours and the design.
RépondreSupprimerHello France,
RépondreSupprimernice tag again. I really like how the background came out with the multi medium and the embossing. Why do you put a layer of multimedium on it ? Because it holds the embossing better ?
Composition of the clocks is perfect : love the big one on the right and the little detail on the left. It balances the tag.
A very pleasing tag !
greetings from Belgium
Inge
