SSSSC show some THE Wendy Vecchi Style!

When i saw the new challenge at Simon Says Stamp and Show saying show some Wendy Vecchi Style, i instantly knew i'd make an entry for it. But... i was working on the structure of a mini. And about that mini, i have a confession to make. Coming across this mini made by Lord Tim of Holtz for a fundraising , i fell irrevocably and inconditionaly in love... 
As the last bid was 700$, the only way to have such a beauty of my own was to make one. And thus, with a lot of embracing imperfection, i made my mini, thanked the Lord a lot (Lord Tim of course), and i have to admit i love it (the mini, not the Lord. You know what i mean). I will show the mini, once all the pictures are in place ;)

Back to the challenge. It seemed so logic to put some THE Wendy Vecchi on the cover that it all came out just like that. And... i love it!

Lorsque j'ai vu le challenge sur Simon Says Stamp and Show disant de montrer du Style de LA Wendy Vecchi, j'ai instantanément su que je participerai. Mais... je travaillais sur la structure d'un mini. Et à propos de ce mini, j'ai une confession à faire. Ayant découvert ce mini fait part Seigneur Tim of Holtz pour une collecte de fond, je suis tombée irrévocablement et inconditionnellement amoureuse...
La dernière enchère étant de 700$, le seul moyen de posséder une telle beauté était d'en faire une moi-même. Et donc, avec beaucoup d'acceptation d'imperfection, j'ai fait mon mini, remerciant souvent le Seigneur (Tim bien sûr), et je dois admettre que je l'aime beaucoup (mon mini, pas le Seigneur. Vous voyez ce que je veux dire). Je vous montrerai le mini, une fois que toutes les photos seront en place ;)

Retour sur le challenge. Il m'a paru logique de mettre du  THE Wendy Vecchi sur la couverture et tout s'est mis en place naturellement. Et... j'adore!

The hart and flower are Art Parts. The hart is covered with Clearly for Art colorised with red pepper alcohol ink and blending solution. I put some cloudy blue dabber on the flower and stamped it with sepia archival. The brown flowers are glassine diecuts from Lord Tim's tattered flowers. The flourish grungeboard is colorised with peeled paint DI and also stamped with sepia archival. The wording is a THE Wendy Vecchi stamp that really fits the content of the mini (pictures of our US trip  :)  ).
It felt great reading all your kinds words on my last tag. As i sad, it has a special meaning for me, and you guys liking it made it... even more special! I'll be back soon, with a filled mini. Meanwhile, wishing you all some great creative moments :)

Le coeur et la fleur sont des Art Parts. Le coeur est recouvert de Clearly for Art colorisé à l'encre à alcool red pepper et du blending solution. J'ai mis du dabber cloudy blue sur la fleur et j'ai tamponné à l'archival sepia. Les fleurs brunes sont des découpes de glassine faites avec le die tattered flowers de Seigneur Tim. Les arabesques en grungeboard sont colorisées à l'encre distress peeled paint et également tamponnée à l'achival sepia. Le texte est un tampon de LA Wendy Vecchi qui correspond parfaitement au contenu du mini (notre séjour aux States ;)  ).
C'était génial de lire tous vos gentils coms sur mon dernier tag. Comme je l'ai dit, il a une signification spéciale pour moi et le fait que vous l'aimez le rend... encore plus spécial! Je reviendrai bientôt avec un mini complété. Entre-temps, je vous souhaite de beaux moments créatifs :)
