Journal on Monday: week 13

Hey all!
Happy Monday every one! Thought this might make your upcoming week a bit more cheerful ;)
So, today's page:

Coucou!
Joyeux lundi tout le monde! Je me suis dit que ceci égaierait votre semaine ;)
Alors, la page d'aujourd'hui:

Journaling: 'We don't need to know all the answers.'
I'm adding, for the first time, some of the steps:

After gessoing the pages, i glued down tissue paper printed with butterflies (those are the wraps of oranges called 'papillon', which means butterfly ;) ) with gel medium that i put as well under the tissue paper as on top of it. Wow, that's one heck of a sentence!

I added some Golden absorbant ground than colorised it with panpastel and added a whitewash using Golden titanium white airbrush paint.

I wrote the words in India ink with a fountain pen on watercolor paper that i colorised with some watercolor Colorex ink (plum, bougainvillea, mars orange) and stamped with coffee archival ink.

I used the same panpastel for the inclusion on which i applied gesso. The Donna Downey stamp was stamped with rust, wild plum and currant adirondack. I stamped a text stamp with sepia archival ink, but blurred it with a dry cloth before drying it. I added some soft pastel to finish it off.

You can still join me and share some art journaling love. Add the link to your week's art journal page using Inklinkz at the end of this post! Don't think about doing it, just do it! :)
