GM 02 and stain-hate-tag

Hey all,
Just a quicky to show you two tags.
First of all my entry for the second week of the  Grungy Monday challenge. This time Linda challenged us with a resist technique Tim showed us in this little video. What can i say, besides great fun garanteed!

The second tag was inspired to me by a blogpost on I do hate distress stains. Because there are not enough colors, because they're hard to find in Belgium, because i want to use them on everything i make, because they're so easy to use, ... and i could go on and on like that! So i expressed all my hate for the stains making a tag that i... love ;)

  1. How gorgeous!! Both tags are lovely.

  2. Great tags France. Both lovely.

  3. Beautiful tags! How smart to use just a part of the birds on a wire stamp... never thought to do it that way. Love your colors, always.

  4. Wat ben jij toch een meester(es) in het maken van mooie tags.

  5. Both your tags are fabulous, France! You did a magnificent job on the GM02 resist technique, and the colors and imagery are so pretty. I love the bright colors and subtle tone-on-tone look of your unkit piece!

I also love the way you expressed your hatred of Distress Stains... ;-)

  6. Une petite préférence pour le second....

  7. Dont ya just dislike those stains !!! I love the tags, both so individual and unique, colours are lush too! FABULOUS!! I would of been happy to send you my broach but it broke :O( I got excited at seeing big ben in London, when I pointed up it pinged off!! Not made it very well never mind will try again lol,

  8. Fantastic tags, I am also a distress stain junkie. They are so like hens teeth to purchase here in South Africa, though after his visit this past Saturday there is a huge amount of stuff to buy...long may it last!

  9. Sweet, Papillon!!!

Love the colorcombination on the orange tag especially!!! Really energetic and sofisticated look there- love it!!!

  10. Gorgeous tags - loving the subtle tones of the first and the vibrancy of the second...The link was très funny.
Went to meet up with Kaz who raved about you and I see why. Love your blog and creations. Congrats on your SSS&S win too! By the way there is a fab craft shop in The Netherlands that has everything - and would ship all the stains you can dream of to you
Popping over there and onto Bruges this week!
