Alcohol Ink Box

Coucou!
Je suis très contente de vous montrer la boîte que j'ai concoctée pour mes encres à alcool. J'ai utilisé le couvercle d'une boîte de mignonettes ( ben oui, les chocolats!) pour le fond. Je l'ai habillé de 2 mm, ensuite j'ai refais le même modèle en 1 mm mais plus petit qui maintenant sert de couvercle. Puisque je suis plus douée en image qu'en parole, jetez un oeil...

I'm very happy to show you the box i made for my alcohol inks. I used the cover of a box of 'mignonettes' (yes yes, the chocolats!) for the bottom. I covered it with 2 mm, than i remade the same model in 1 mm but a bit smaller that now serves as cover. As i am handyer with pictures than with words, just take a look...

Le demi-rond du bas est un tampon fait sur papier métalique doré, embossé, colorisé à l'encre à l'alcool et recouvert d'utee. (tuto ici ) Le rectangle est un plastic d'emballage embossé et colorisé à l'encre à alcool. J'ai ensuite nettoyé certaines parties avec du blending solution.

The half circle on the bottom is a stamp made on golden metalic paper, embossed, colorised with alcohol inks and covered with utee. (tutorial here ) The rectangle is an embossed plastic packaging that is colorised with alcohol inks. I than cleened some parts with blending solution.

Il me reste encore un peu de place dans ma boîte heureusement!
Le papier Graphic 45 est protégé par une couche de vernis pailleté d'or.

Grâce à l'atelier en ligne de Do sur le coin des scrapmaniaks j'ai pu faire une chouette carte d'anniversaire pour ma maman. J'ai voulu y mettre un maximum de petits messages positifs et je crois que c'est mission accomplie. Le plus important se trouve sur la face arrière, mais celui-là je ne vous le montre pas!  ;)  Merci Do pour cette chouette carte!

Thanks to the online class with Do on le coin des scrapmaniaks i was able to make a cute birthday card for my mom. I wanted to insert lots of positive messages and i think it's a mission accomplished. The most important one is on the backside of the card, but i won't show you that one!  ;)  Thanks Do for this lovely card!

Pas beaucoup de blabla aujourd'hui. Juste de quoi vous dire que vendredi j'ai passé un très bon après-midi scrap avec The Boss en personne. Puisque mon inspiration avait fait une fugue, The Boss m'a passé ce sketch. Et ça mes amis, c'était une très bonne idée!

Not to much to tell today. Only that friday i spend a great afternoon scrapping with The Boss herself. As my creativity had run away on me, The Boss gave me this sketch. And that my friends, was a very good idea!

Ca faisait un bon bout de temps que je n'avais plus utilisé de papiers imprimés sur une de mes pages. Mais je me suis ratrappé sur les tags ;)

It's been quite a while since a used printed papers on one of my pages. But i did let myself go on the tags ;)

Le 12 septembre, Lechatquitousse nous a donné un super atelier mixed media au QG de Scrapmania.  J'y ai découvert un tas de technique, mais surtout je me suis régalée avec la patouille! Vous reverrez encore souvent ces techniques, c'est trop fun à faire. Et tant pis pour l'état des mains après  ;)

On september 12 Lechatquitousse gave us a mixed media workshop at the Scrapmania HQ. I discovered a whole bunch of techniques, but most of all i had a great time playing around with paint! You'll see these techniques again, because it's so much fun! And i don't care how my hands look afterwards  ;)

Mardi soir Do nous a proposé un atelier en ligne sur le coin des scrapmaniaks. Nous avons fait une carte à double fond. J'avais trop envie d'utiliser les papiers Halloween de Graphic 45. Et voici le résultat!

Thursday evening Do gave us a workshop on line on the scrapmaniaks forum. We made a card with a double bottom. I was to eager to use the Halloween papers by Graphic 45. Here's the result!

Voici les deux tags qui sont cachés dans le double fond. Je n'ai pas encore écrit mon message bande de curieux!
