Today's Journal on Monday video is a spread i did for the new Mixed Media Place challenge. The theme is jealousy. I had a hard time working around that, as it is an emotion i have let go off a long time ago. I don't deny i'm not envious at times, but not jealous. (The main difference between envy and jealousy is that envy is an emotion related to coveting what someone else has, while jealousy is the emotion related to fear that something you have will be taken away by someone else.)
I focused
on the words of The Dalai Lama, who says that jealousy, like any other negative
emotion, is a feeling you can abandon. As long as you choose to do so.
Enjoy the video!
